MADISON, Wisconsin — This guy has got more lives than two cats put together.
A 30-year-old Wisconsin drug addict who was revived from a heroin overdose at a local hospital last week, blurted out that it marked the 19th time he had overdosed, Madison police said.
The suspect — whose name was not publicly released — had been given large doses of Naloxone and was alert and gabbing as cops arrived at a clinic in Madison.
That’s when he was overheard describing his litany of prior overdose episodes.
The man was charged with possession of paraphernalia and possession of heroin. A second man who was in the car was also arrested for theft of someone else’s suboxone, possession of a prescription drug not his own and bail jumping.
