“I made a bad choice,” he told police, according to the Kansas City Star. He added he thought the woman’s bumper stickers were “stupid.,”
According to the police report, Burns said he is a conservative.
Umphenour’s car features bumper stickers such as “Hillary Clinton 2016,” “Right to work is a rip off,” “Resist,” “Coexist” and “Because of my faith I vote for Democrats.”
