Kristina Roberts (l) is accused of being particularly gross during a fight between her, Samuel Caraballo (r) and cops
MANCHESTER, New Hampshire — They almost needed back up for a No. 2 in progress.
An enraged New Hampshire woman was hit with a slough of charges following a dust-up with cops that included her threatening to defecate on an officer’s leg.
Manchester police say they were called early Monday morning to the home of 18-year-old Kristina Roberts and her 19-year-old boyfriend, Samuel Caraballo, after neighbors complained about noise coming from their apartment.
When the neighbors had asked them to quiet down, the couple allegedly hurled eggs at them, the Manchester Union Leader reported.
Cops say when they arrived, Caraballo immediately became confrontational and that Roberts blocked them from entering.
Police say Caraballo then started walking towards a shotgun inside the house, prompting officers forced their way past Roberts — who tried to stop them — and begin wrestling him for control of the weapon.
An officer then subdued Caraballo with a Taser and another wrestled Roberts to the ground and placed her under arrest.
As they waited for a van to transport the couple to jail, police say Roberts placed her buttocks against one officer’s leg and threatened to defecate on him.
Roberts was charged with simple assault — unprivileged physical contact with the officer — and two counts of resisting arrest. Caraballo was charged with criminal threatening, resisting arrest and simple assault.
