GOODYEAR, Arizona — He somehow avoided crapping his pants.
An Arizona woman has been charged with firing two shots above her husband’s head as he was sitting on the toilet in order to “make him listen to me.”
Linda Jean Fahn, 69, is accused of barging in on her husband as he did his business in the john on Dec. 30, and opening fire to get his attention.
“I shot two bullets at the wall above his head to make him listen to me,” she allegedly told cops, according to KNXV-TV.
The man, who has been married to Fahn for 32 years, ran out of the house and called police saying his wife was shooting it him and later telling officers his wife had been yelling at him for two days.
When questioned by investigators, Fahn insisted the shots came nowhere near her husband.
“He would have to be ten feet tall to be hit by the bullets,” she said.
Police estimated, however, that the shots were fired about seven inches above the man’s head as he slouched on the toilet.
Fahn was charged with aggravated assault.
